Great — Vetlio doesn't replace your patient records system, it works alongside it as a channel for client acquisition and booking. The Add-ons package includes Provet/ProvetNet integration to sync appointments automatically.
Pet owners see the same pricing information that you publish on your clinic page. This is intentional — comparability is the core of Vetlio. You can edit prices and services at any time.
Yes. You first get the request for review and decide yourself whether to respond. If your clinic is full or the request doesn't fit your specialty, you can skip it without consequences.
You can remove your clinic profile at any time from the admin panel. No commitment period, no cancellation period. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.
